($20 for simple variations of other basic hats. Add more for extra appendages, hand stitching, and wires).

The Weasel Brand items (mostly hats) are made by Regina (Weasel) and her mom. The Misty-Chan Brand items (mostly plushies) are made by Misty (Misty-Chan). Pretty straight forward, yes?

Why, yes you can request a custom whatever! Just contact the artisan that creates whatever it is you'd like your own custom version of.

Items in stock from Weasel Brand will be shipped within 7 days after ordering. Custom and Out of Stock items will take longer, and you will be contacted with an estimation of time when you make a request for one. Items are shipped USPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs do not include insurance.

Misty-Chan items are shipped seperately from Weasel Brand, but take a similar time for stocked items. Custom orders take much longer. When you contact her about a custom order she will give you an estimation for completion.

Flat brims only extend as far as you can see in the picture and tend to fit a little looser. Folded brim can be unfolded to cover more of the head, while allowing a snugger fit depending on how it is folded. Regina personally prefers a folded brim so a majority of the stock will be made that way, but some hats require a flat brim. All hats (except those requiring the flat brim such as the penguin) may be requested with any style of brim (flat, folded, none).

The Butt-Faced Chibis are a unique design of Misty's, giving her plushies a distinct style.

Yes you can! We currently only have one hat in stock in children's size, the pink bunny. But any other hat is available to be made in a child's size. Just please contact Regina.

For some cons, we prefer to get a table in the Dealer's Room, instead of the Artist Alley. This is due to the specific set-up of the two areas at the specific convention. We require a lot of space behind the tables to hold our stock and prefer an area with higher traffic.

For those that have browsed the description page, you will see some items that are listed as "Stock: Out". This means thare are currently no items of that style in stock. Most of those items can be made to order, although you may want to email to see how long it will take.

If you visit us at the convention, you will get to see a wider selection of items, and personally choose from them, along with not paying any shipping. You will also be able to meet the artisans, Weasel and Misty-Chan and ask them about their crafts. Along with this, there are also exclusive deals available only at Conventions! You'll have to attend to find them out.

Weasel actually designed the entire website. It is created in aquamacs and textedit, using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The images were created using GIMP and Photoshop Elements. The navigation was coded using the Simple Tabs style by Komrade.

Regina "Weasel" Dempsky is a Behavioral Science Major at ULL in Lafayette LA. She started her company as Weasel Juice back in 2003. Originally it was just a webcomic.

She sold her hats for two years in the Artist Alley at MechaCon, before moving into the Dealer's Room. In 2009 she joined up with Misty and began seriously considering branching out to other conventions.

Weasel is also the web-master for the website, designing all the images and code.

Misty Lopez is a self employed plush artist, who fell in love with the art in 2005 after her first anime convention, Numa Rei No Con. From then on she sewed her VoO Doo Dolls until finally stumbling upon a very helpful pattern that taught her to make 3-D dolls. Later in 2006 she started taking commissions and in 2007 and 2008 got artist alley tables at Mechacon, befor joining up with Regina in 2009. As they say,the rest is history
